THE BROTHERHOOD

Where conviction becomes discipline—and men stop pretending.

A high-trust community built for Christian men who are done coasting, ready to lead, and hungry to build strength that lasts.

The Man It's Built For...

Luke was the guy everyone counted on—the guy who looked strong, sounded confident, handled his business. But what no one saw was the version of him who kept breaking promises to himself. Who drank too much when no one was looking. Who battled feelings of lust. Who hadn’t opened a Bible in weeks...or even years. Who played the part on Sunday but barely survived Monday.

The truth? He was exhausted. Spiritually dry. Isolated. He thought he had to handle it alone—until one night, sitting outside in silence, the weight of it all finally hit him like a train. The realization stung that if he kept going down this road it would not end well. He knew he couldn’t keep going like this.

Not if he wanted to be the man his wife deserved. Not if he wanted to lead his kids into anything other than passivity. Not if he actually believed what he claimed about God.

That kind of moment either breaks you or remakes you. For Luke, it was the start of something different. Something real. And that’s when he found Abid3.

If any of that hits—good. It’s supposed to. It's about time you surround yourself with some godly men who aren't afraid to call you out. And it's about time for you to step up.

The Abid3 Brotherhood isn’t for the man who wants comfort. It's for guys like Luke. It's for guys like you. It’s for the men who want change and aren't afraid of what it takes.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING...

MEET THE FOUNDERS

The motivation behind the movement

Dave Friend was shaped by South Florida grit—early mornings, manual labor, and the demand to show up sharp and dependable. He’s a husband, father, and high-level operator who co-owns a consulting firm managing luxury real estate developments. But none of that defines him. What defines him is his 4am disciplines, his unshakable faith, and his belief that men were never meant to coast.

For years, Dave carried the burden of vision for Abid3. What started as a whisper from God became a fire. He watched culture weaken men. Watched faith become passive. And he got tired of waiting for someone else to do something. So he built the thing no one else would. Abid3 isn’t just an idea—it’s his calling.

Ben Schenk’s life broke wide open nearly a decade ago when he first truly encountered God on the side of a Minnesota highway. God stepped in and changed his entire trajectory. That moment became his turning point. Since then, he’s rebuilt everything on a new foundation: Christ, truth, and discipline.

In addition to his work as a Landscape Architect at a local design firm in Jupiter, Florida, Ben also runs multiple businesses alongside his wife, including a boutique marketing studio that helps small business owners automate their sales process and a multi-family real estate acquisition company. With a background as a competitive track and field athlete, he trains like a man preparing for war. But behind it all is a fierce tenderness. He knows what it’s like to feel lost. And he knows what it takes to get back. Through Abid3, he teaches men how to steward their bodies, lead their homes, and honor God with everything they’ve got.

Dave and Ben aren’t influencers. They’re brothers who’ve lived the cost—and refuse to let other men walk alone. Abid3 was born from obedience. It exists to reforge biblical masculinity in a world that forgot what that means.
